75cl / 57.5% - A limited-edition single cask rye whiskey from Catoctin Creek in Virginia, USA, that was initially matured in virgin oak casks for two years, before being finished for 11 months in a cask that previously held bourbon, single malt Scotch whisky and Russian Imperial Stout from the Adroit Theory brewery near Catoctin Creek. The result is a whisky packed full of chocolate, coffee, raisin, bread-and-butter pudding and toasted nut notes that linger in the finish.
