The color of this elegant Pinot Noir is a vivid purple red, with a rich aromas of ripe cherries and strawberries. Smooth and lingering, this wine pairs beautifully with both white and red meats, wild game, roasts and fresh cheeses. A grape variety of French origin, Pinot Noir has found one of its most original expressions in Sicily. After harvest, primary fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers in contact with the skins for about 15 days. When alcoholic fermentation is complete, the wine is stored at a controlled temperature and filtered before bottling.
