Clean, intense and very long on the palate, this wine bursts with juicy Albariño character - pear, citrus fruit, musky perfume and hints of mineral and spice. Produced by Casal Caeiro, the vines are trained on pergolas to help with air circulation and prevent the build-up of moisture, being planted on the coolest part of Rias Baíxas. The grapes are hand-harvested and then hand sorted in the cellar for five to six months on its lees before cold stabilisation, filtration and bottling.A friend to all things from the sea, sip alongside ceviche, seafood risotto, grilled or fried fish tacos, oysters, mussels, and clams. Albariño also pairs exceptionally well with white meats, as well as leafy green herbs.
