75cl / 12% - Bruno Paillard started working as a broker in Champagne in 1975, before selling his Jaguar and creating his own Champagne house at the age of 27. Today, Bruno and his daughter make some of the most exciting wines in the region, including this multi-vintage, non-dosage Champagne. In the glass, there is a real purity of fruit, with notes of sourdough bread, citrus oils and a powerful rich finish with hints of chestnuts and roasted chocolate beans.
