70cl / 55% / Compagnie Des Indes - The sixth edition of Compagnie des Indes's 'Cannonball' rum is a blend of aged rums from Nicaragua and Panama, which - as per the tradition of this series - has been aged in casks that previously held peated Islay whisky. This six month spell in peated casks has added subtle smoky flavours to the fruity and vegetal rum.
