75cl / 12.5% - A complex Blanc de Noirs from Bollinger, PN AYC18 is made exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, almost half of which comes from estate-owned vineyards in the Grand Cru villa of Ay. The nose has aromas of cooked peach, apricot and wild flowers, which leads to lemon zest and berries on the palate.
