In the Black Flag range, nothing is off the table. Any grape variety, or blend, is considered for this project as long as it is crafted without any constraints or compromise. So this may seem like a strange mishmash of grapes but winemaker Steve Grimley is adamant that this precise blend from prestigious plots of land is exactly the stuff his dreams are made of. It's more savoury than the individual components, with lovely dried spices and a brooding texture.
