The fine mousse of delicate bubbles elegantly accompanies the glints of its gold colour. A cuvée that will surprise you with its pure intensity of dried fruit aromas, almonds and fresh hazelnuts mixed with those of white-flesh fruits. The creamy sensation of the bubbles associated with aromas of buttered brioche. Persistent finish with a fresh and elegant sweetness.

The NV Blanc de Blancs (from vineyards in the Cote des Blancs) emerges with firm, chalky notes that frame a highly individualistic expression of Chardonnay. The wine possesses striking depth and clarity, along with a graceful, elegant finish. This is another very strong effort from Billecart-Salmon.
