Tasting notes: Coffee creams, with a hint of sweetness and some more ground coffee beans, this has elements of sweet cure bacon, spiced plums and red apples. On the palate, the sweetness increases and there is a hit of brown sugar, oak spices and honey. The finish gives more plums, some spiced chutney and oat cakes.
