70cl / 49.9% / Finn Thomson - A 1989 Auchentoshan single malt from indie bottler Finn Thomson Whisky that was matured in a single hogshead for more than three decades, before being bottled in July 2022 as part of its Private Cask Collection. The palate offers notes of orange zest, heather honey, crunchy apples, hazelnuts, earthy cinnamon, clove and peppery oak, with liquorice, toffee and autumnal spice lingering in the finish.
