50cl / 42% - This Calvados Extra Old was designed to highlight the richness and diversity of long-aged Norman spirits. Aged for 10 years in French oak casks and bottled in 2018 at 42% ABV, the nose is aromatic and sweet with notes of red apples, quince and peaches, and just a hint of spice. The palate is fruity and well balanced, providing flavours of baked apples, stewed peaches and caramalised butter.
