Who are you?

In short we are an online comparison site for Wine and Champagne, but we hope you will learn more than just prices here. Please read our about us section for more information.

What is a voucher code?

A voucher code is simply a code you enter on a merchant's website to get a discount. The code is usually entered in a box at the checkout screen, if you meet all the criteria (for example you are a new customer to the merchant), the code will deduct an amount off your total shopping bill.

How do I use a voucher code?

This depends on the merchant. We have help pages with details on how to use all our voucher codes, just click the merchant you would like to shop with:

I've clicked "Buy Now" and the price on the merchant's site is different!

Sometimes on WinesDirect we will show two different prices for the same product. The first price is the voucher price which shows any discounts that could be applied to the product. In order to purchase at this price you will need to enter our exclusive voucher code on the merchant's site.

There may also be times when our merchants change a price and WinesDirect hasn't caught up yet. If you spot an incorrect price please contact us and we will look into it.

Can I use the voucher code in store?

Sorry, our voucher codes can only be used online.

Do you sell wine or champagne?

We do not sell wine or champagne ourselves, we compare lots of merchants prices so you can find the best deal.

I have a problem with an order, can you help?

Yes, simply use the contact us section and we can refer you to best people to speak to regarding your problem.

Why is Champagne often cheaper when you buy it in smaller quantities?

Merchants often give us exclusive voucher codes which are for a fixed amount of money rather than a percentage. Therefore, the more bottles you purchase the voucher will have a lesser effect on the average bottle price.
